Key Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Fresher:-

1. End to end Recruitment Support:-

· Job posting on Job Portal.

· Shortlisting Candidates profile according to recruitment guidelines.

· Screening shortlisted profile over phone.

· Interviews Scheduling.

· Coordinating with candidates and interviewers.

2. Onboarding Support:-

· Supporting with joining formalities of new employees.

· Employee documentation preparation.

· Conducting orientation program for new employee.

3. Employee Records Management:-

· Employee database maintaining.

· Professional details as well as personal details updation if required.

· Attendance and leave record tracking.

4. HR Administration:-

· Preparing employee offer letters, joining letters, and accepting resignation letters etc.

· Providing assistance with payroll data collection.

· Employee documentation filing and maintaining HR- related documents.

5. Employee Engagement Assistance:-

· Collecting feedback from employees, which are very essential for sustainable growth of the company.

· Give support in different HR activities like team building, providing training, and coordinating to celebrate occasions.

6. HR Policies and Compliance:-

· Learning company policies and labor laws.

· Ensuring compliance according to HR standards and guidelines.
