About the Founder:

Nicole holds a Master of Business in Organizational Leadership and Change. Her advanced academic career has specialized in structural transition management, behavioral alignment, and organizational design with an emphasis on small businesses. She also has nearly two decades of practical HR management and over a decade of Military leadership experience. She severed right here in the Wisconsin Army National Guard for over a decade. OIF 2009-2010.

Choosing a path far away from the rigid walls of corporate America, Nicole’s deep-seated passion for small businesses and everyday entrepreneurs drove her to build a practice dedicated to real-world, human-centered impact.
